PFC circuit: Power devices: Infineon IGBT (650V) / Gate drivers: Texas Instruments.
LCC circuit: Power devices: Infineon Cool MOS (650V) / Gate drivers: Silicon Labs

(*1 ) 650V power devices are used.
(*2) IP6K9K/IP6K7: A grade related to the protective structure specified in DIN40050 Part 9 of the DIN standard (German federal standard).
